I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Cappello D'Oro, BW Signature Collection in Bergamo. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Funicolare Città Alta, which made exploring the historical upper town a breeze. The hotel provided convenient underground parking, and the rooms had everything we needed, including a fridge and a safe. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a variety of hot and cold options, as well as delicious pastries and fresh fruits. The staff was hospitable and polite, and they even allowed us to choose our preferred pillows. I highly recommend this hotel for a touristic stay in the Lower town.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to reach the airport and conveniently located on the bus route. It's also just a short walk to the train and bus stations, allowing for easy transportation to Milan or The Lakes in under 1 hour. Additionally, the hotel is located close to the funicular station, making it convenient to visit the lovely Bergamo Alta. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure a happy stay. The room I stayed in was very comfortable and clean, and the breakfast provided a good choice of delicious options.

Staying at this place was a great experience! The hotel is right in the center, ideally located for sightseeing and shopping in this beautiful city. The staff, especially at the reception desk, were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The room amenities were excellent, and I appreciated having soundproofed rooms, along with tea and coffee facilities and a mini-bar. The restaurant and bar/lounge area were fantastic, and the indoor swimming pool and sauna were a great touch, perfect for relaxing after a busy day.
I recommend this hotel to families, as it has all the necessary facilities for a great stay.

Great location, with a bus to the airport outside and walking distance to the funicular railway. Comfortable bed with good curtains, and a lovely balcony overlooking the courtyard. Breakfast was better than other Italian hotels. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is conveniently located right at the bus stop, making it easy to explore the area. You can also find many good restaurants nearby, perfect for a nice meal with friends. the hotel is close to the funicular railway, providing easy access to the old town and its historic charm.
The breakfast could use some improvement, especially the quality of the scrambled eggs.
